Session Fees and Payments

Sessions are invoiced inline with the NSW school terms. Families may choose one of two payment options: full payment of the term prior to commencement, or split payments made prior to the commencement of the term and again at mid-term. Invoices are issued in advance, with payment required at least seven (7) days before sessions commence.

Payment can be made via direct bank transfer or credit/debit card.

If more than two invoices become overdue, services may be paused until the account is brought up to date or a payment arrangement is agreed upon.

Term bookings are based on a 10‑week term aligned with NSW school terms. Where a term booking is withdrawn mid‑term, 50% of the remaining term fees will still be payable.

One cancellation per term is permitted without charge. After this, missed sessions will incur fees as outlined below:

· 48 hours or more notice: No charge

· Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee

· Less than 8 hours’ notice or no notice: Full session fee

If Felicity Willis Specialised Literacy Intervention needs to cancel a session, no fee will be charged and families will be notified as soon as possible. 

An initial diagnostic assessment will be conducted prior to the commencement of intervention sessions.

Progress updates and reports are provided where appropriate.

Sessions may be conducted:

· At the private practice

· At school (with permission from both the parent/carer and the school)

· Online, where appropriate

For online sessions, a parent or responsible adult must be present for the duration of the session.

All resources and materials used during sessions remain the intellectual property of Felicity Willis Specialised Literacy Intervention (Felicity Willis SLI) and must not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

Photos or short videos of sessions may be used for training or promotional purposes.

Families may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.

With family consent, relevant professionals (such as teachers or therapists) may observe sessions.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via email.
